CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy At Gray & Co., each appointment is reserved especially for you. To ensure the best experience for every guest, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or reschedules. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service total. No-call/no-show appointments may require full payment of the scheduled service before future bookings can be made. If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule in order to keep our schedule running smoothly and remain respectful of all scheduled appointments throughout the day. We truly value your time and appreciate the same consideration in return. Thank you for supporting our business and allowing us to continue creating a personalized, elevated experience for every guest who walks through our doors.

I especially love blonding and custom color, and I also offer facial waxing, builder gel, and gel manicures. I specialize in custom color, blonding, lived-in color, hair extensions, and bridal hair & makeup. I love creating customized looks that complement each client’s style, lifestyle, and goals while always keeping the health of their hair a priority. Education has always been incredibly important to me. I believe there is always something new to learn in this industry, so I’m constantly continuing my education, refining my techniques, and expanding my knowledge to bring my clients the best services and experience possible. I’m also passionate about sharing that knowledge with my team so we can continue learning, growing, and bringing our very best to every client who walks through our doors.
